If your child is not able to attend their scheduled camp week(s), we recommend trying to transfer their registration(s) to a different week or location. The new camp week(s) must be within the same summer season, and must have availability. The deadline for all transfer requests is 1 week prior to the camp’s start date. We cannot process a transfer within one week or after a camp week has begun.

Once you have determined your new selection(s), email us at hello@clubscikidzdallas.com with the subject line “Transfer Request.” Be sure to include your camper’s full name and complete details about which camp registration(s) to transfer. Transfers are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Example: “Please transfer John Smith’s camp “Master Minecraft Coder” the week of June 13 at Willow Bend Church to camp “Great Masters” the week of June 27 at Walnut Hill UMC.”
**Please note: we cannot transfer any registrations from a Vendor Partner site to a standard camp location, or vice versa. Vendor Partners collect their own registrations and they are not transferrable to our system.
