If your child is not able to attend their scheduled camp week(s), you may transfer their registration(s) to a different week of camp(s). The new camp week(s) must be within the same summer season, and must have availability. Camp transfers on April 1 and after will incur a $10 transfer fee per registration, because supplies have already been purchased. The deadline for all transfer requests is 5pm Friday before the camp’s start date.
Click HERE to check availability. Once you have decided on your new selection(s), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Transfer Request.” Be sure to include your camper’s full name and complete details about which camp(s) to transfer.
Example: “Please transfer John Smith’s camp “Master Minecraft Coder” the week of June 13 at Willow Bend Church to camp “Great Masters” the week of June 27 at Walnut Hill UMC.”
