If your camper’s camp week has NOT begun, you can do following tasks by logging in to your Family Account:
- Add Pre-Camp Care
- Add Post-Camp Care
- Purchase merchandise items (extra t-shirts, USB drive, water bottle)
- Register for more camps
- Update your camper’s T-shirt size
- Update your camper’s Medical Info
- View or Update your Family PIN
If your camper’s camp week has ALREADY BEGUN, please contact our office at email@example.com for these updates.
**CAMP TRANSFERS & CANCELLATIONS**:
You must always contact us by email to process these account changes. We cannot process transfers or cancellations over the phone or via voicemail. Please carefully review our Cancellation Policy prior to your email. All transfers & cancellations must be submitted by 5pm the Friday before your child’s camp week begins.
