Safety is our top priority and we do everything we can to have a safe, fun and secure camp. During online registration, Active provides a unique QR code for each camper. This QR code will be scanned at Pick-up AND Drop-off to ensure only approved adults are able to pick-up our campers.
Please note that if you wish to have another family member or friend pick-up your child from camp, they must have a screenshot or copy of the QR code as well. We will release the child to anyone who provides a camper QR code, since only the parent who registered the camper would have given it to them.
The QR code can be found in your confirmation email from Active OR in your Club SciKidz App on the top right of the screen.
WE WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR CAMPER TO A PERSON WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT QR CODE. Please be sure to have your QR codes shared to the correct people to help expedite our checkin/checkout process. Thank you!
