The bar was set high! Over the past several summers here in Dallas, we’ve been lucky enough to have wonderful campuses to host our summer science camps. One of our absolute favorites, HPPC, is undergoing a massive construction project for the next three summers which made them unable to host any summer programs. Thus, the search began last fall for another campus, and boy… did we find a winner!

Sudden downpour? No problem!
We are thrilled to introduce you to Lovers Lane United Methodist Church, which has everything we need for our campers, and then some! If your children have joined us for many years, you may remember when we were at Wesley Prep. LLUMC is the church that shares a campus with Wesley Prep, so we’ll be just a stone’s throw away from the Wesley Prep wing.
EASY ACCESS!
One thing you’ll notice right away about Lovers Lane UMC is the incredible ease of access. The campus is located right at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Inwood Road, so it’s a breeze to get in and out of during rush hour. Another upside of the campus is the abundance of parking. No more parking blocks away and trekking in the heat to pick up your child!
SPACIOUS, UPDATED ROOMS!
We’ll be using Entrance D in the back of the building, and right inside is where we’ll be doing daily check-in and checkout. Our morning science roundups will be held in the giant Asbury Hall, which is the perfect place to start our days together. Our classrooms will be in nearby wings, and the rooms are all very spacious and beautifully equipped! We can already envision our campers here building their robots, using CSI skills to solve mysteries, and learning how to suture a pet’s wound. The grounds are beautiful and have so much space for campers to play, especially on the amazing playground. We can hardly wait!
Have you saved your child’s spot yet? Many camps are full or almost full, so don’t delay. We had over 450 kids on waitlists last summer, and we’d hate for that to be YOU this year! See the full schedule HERE and REGISTER NOW!
Perfect for morning science roundup! Who wouldn’t want to hang out here?
