Course Description
Adventures in Minecraft Game Design
Ages: 6-8
Cost: $410/ week
Minecraft is a block-building sandbox game with no set rules, where you can build anything you can possibly imagine!
Campers will learn about the connection between digital and real–world environments and explore hands–on how real–world environments inspire game designers to create biomes in games. Using Minecraft Education Edition, campers will work together to create settlements in one of the many biomes Minecraft has to offer and even learn about those same biomes in the real world!
It is no longer necessary for campers to bring login information for their personal Minecraft accounts. We will provide everything they need.

Please note, this is a generalized daily scheduled so actual lesson times and activity duration may vary slightly. Campers will complete 15-20 lessons each week depending on the theme and the rate in which campers complete each lesson. You can view the Activity Sheets in your camp information email that will be sent out the week prior to camp.
Hours & Fees
Camp Hours vary by location, please check your campus details carefully. The majority of locations operate Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. We also offer optional Pre Camp care ($30/wk), starting at 8am, and Post Camp care ($45/wk) which ends at 5:30pm, at select campuses.
Camps start at $410/week for Full Day Camps. The Half Day camp option is available for ages 4-5 only, and is $300/week.

If your child requires any prescription medications during the time he/she is at the camp, please download this form and print it, fill in the required information, fax it over to 214-530-5979 and bring it with the child on the first day of camp.
